This project required me to develop a prototype for a smartphone app. As an avid user of social media, I wanted to try making a social network of my own. The app is called Crop’d and is a place where people can share short viral videos or “reaction videos” and then “crop” them (save the videos on their phone in a separate album to share elsewhere easily). I was inspired by apps such as Vine, Twitter, and TikTok when roadmapping the app and the separate categories within it.
